Alarm Response
SecurUs is the only home security company that offers this many layers of protection. TruProtection alarm monitoring includes a dedicated armed response team who is dispatched to your home the moment an alarm is activated. The response team members are highly trained individuals who handle difficult situations effectively and safely. Our monitoring and response teams are in constant communication. Should the monitoring agent be unable to resolve an incident alone, the response team will make contact with the intruder and work to ensure they are held accountable.
Investigations
Each member of the alarm monitoring & response teams are licensed private investigators who are trained to conduct property crime investigations in the course of monitoring and responding to alarm activations. Our monitoring agents deploy investigative interviewing techniques to gather pertinent information from intruders while recording their actions on video cameras. The response team members are also trained in interrogations and other investigative skills that are used to collect vital evidence during an incident. Our process is not limited to a single jurisdiction, which allows us to link repeat criminals in cases spanning multiple cities. The Network Video Recorder we install has built in facial recognition software that sends an alarm whenever someone is the system if observed by the cameras. You can send us photos. We can pull them from social networking apps. We can even take images from video after incidents. Once int he system, the NRV sends SecurUs an alarm signal. When we get an alarm, the system pulls up the camera(s), allowing us to dispatch and monitor your home until our Rapid Response Team arrives.
